MARINE-GRADE 316 STAINLESS STEEL. Grade 316 or Type 316 stainless steel is manufactured for superior rust and corrosion resistance to withstand the elements. T316 is an excellent choice for exposure to moisture and saltwater environments.
ANCHOR/BOW shape allows for a wider range of connection types and can handlle multi-dimensional and side pulling.
SCREW PIN design enables quick and easy connection/disconnection for frequent change out of slings and hardware. Not recommended for long-term or permanent installations. Due to variations in manufacturing, pins may be red, orange, other color, or no color.

: Both types of stainless steel are more corrosion resistant than galvanized steel. 304 is a good choice for exposure to many types of freshwater moisture (depending on the mineral content of the water), while 316 is the ideal choice for use in saltwater environments. 304 has a higher Minimum Breaking Strength than 316, but neither are as strong as galvanized.
