You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us as soon as your order ships. Most UPS and USPS shipments go out one business day after the order is placed. Freight truck shipments can take up to three business days to ship. If you're in a hurry, reach out to let us know and we'll do our best to get it out quickly.

Yes! We can have most orders ready same day or next day. If you're in a hurry, reach out to us before ordering. We'll do our best to get you what you want when you need it.

If the shipping carrier is reporting that your package was delivered, but you haven't seen it, contact us to begin an investigation.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us immediately so we can figure out the best solution for replacing it quickly. We'll need photos and a few details from you in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Contact us so we can get to work on it right away.

For USPS and UPS shipments: If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund, less return shipping charges.

You're welcome to return a product within 60 days of the date it was delivered. We will not issue a refund if the condition of the returned item prevents us from being able to restock/resell. We cannot restock items in questionable condition due to the nature of the application of our products. Contact us to initiate a return.

For LTL Freight Truck shipments: We generally do not deal with returns on these products. We will do our best to help you, but please understand that we may not be able to accept your return, or may need to charge a restocking fee in addition to return shipping charges. Contact us to discuss options for your particular situation.

We know how frustrating it can be to not have the right materials when you need them for your project. If you discover you need something different from what you ordered, contact us to discuss options. We'll do our best to get you back up and running in no time.

Packages weighing up to 70 lb ship USPS or UPS and typically leave our warehouse within 1 business day.

Packages weighing 70-150 lb ship UPS and typically leave our warehouse within 1 business day.

Items weighing in excess of 150 lb ship via Freight Truck and typically leave our warehouse within 3 business days.

We may be able to expedite shipping (USPS and UPS only) and/or expedite handling time. Contact us to get what you want exactly when you need it.

WIRE ROPE products primarily ship via UPS Ground. Some smaller cuts weighing less than 70 lb can be shipped USPS Priority.

HARDWARE products primarily ship USPS Priority, but may ship UPS Ground.

If an item weight exceeds 150 lb, we must ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload), meaning it will arrive on an 18-wheel semi truck. Before we can begin coordinating with the LTL carrier, we will call you at the phone number associated with your account to confirm your shipping address can be accessed by a truck for delivery (typically a business, warehouse, farm or similar type of easily accessible property). Residential neighborhood deliveries are not always possible.

Ideally, you will have the ability to unload pallet(s) from the truck. A truck with a lift gate can be arranged if needed.

If you are unable to receive a truck delivery, we can discuss alternate options such as arranging to deliver to the nearest LTL shipping hub where they can load the pallet onto your vehicle.
